Seventh Annual Ping Pong Tournament

To All Team Captains,
Thank you for participating in the Seventh Annual Ping Pong Tournament. We would like to take this opportunity to provide you with some event details and a few reminders (Please check back before the event for updates):
8:00 AM Check-In/ Registration at X (Please only Team Captains should check-in)
8:30 AM Opening Ceremony
8:45 AM Teams Arrive at Assigned First Round Table
9:00 AM Tournament Begins
Approx. 2:00 PM Championship Matches will be held at the various locations.
CHECK- IN TIME:
Starting at 8:00 a.m., we ask that only the Team Captain check-in at the Registration booth once the entire team arrives at Portsmouth Square. At this time, we will verify that all waiver forms have been received. The Team Captain will receive a tournament schedule and event map. In addition, the Team Captain will receive complimentary tournament t-shirts and lunch tickets for each player.
A $3 validated parking will be available through the Chinatown Park and Ride program (http://www.chinatownparkandride.com). Starting at 8:00 a.m. parking will be available at the Golden Gateway Garage (250 Clay Street). Parking validation will be available at the Registration booth from 8:00- 10:00 AM. Please get your tickets validated when you arrive at Portsmouth Square.
We suggest that your team may want to bring water bottles, snacks, etc. Most importantly, don’t forget your ping pong paddles!
